David has been singing and playing guitar for 35 years and joined his first band, TITAN, as lead vocalist in 1974. TITAN was on the road in clubs and concerts in Ontario, Quebec and The Maritimes for 2 years followed by 3 years as frontman with the 4 piece Brit-metal influenced DODGER (whose members went on to bands like Hellfield, The Bopcats, and The Swingin' Bluejeans!).

Following a return to college, David performed and recorded occasionally and in 1990, he returned to performing with his cousin, Juno nominee KENNY KING. In 1991, David formed the all-60's quartet THE INTENDERS. Appearances included local clubs, Lulu's in Kitchener, and the Ontario Place Forum supporting David Wilcox.

During his tenure as an agent with Ballard/Cohl/Labatt's The Agency, David met Nick and former Frog Greg Godovitz and following an impromptu jam in the hallway, David was asked to join and has been a member of THE CARPET FROGS since 1994.
